The interlacing rows of symmetrical stems in ‘Poppies’ offer a contemporary take on a classic Arts and Crafts style. Originally one of Ellen’s hand printed linocuts, this design has been faithfully reproduced with all of its block printed charm and screen-printed by hand on a mid weight linen, suitable for both upholstery and soft furnishings. ‘Papavero’ is a brand new colourway in this popular design specially created for Joya, featuring a soft, rusty red and burnt orange on a specially tinted warm ivory ground.
